Your Dispatcher Goes to Work

They monitor DAT, Truckstop.com, and direct broker contacts simultaneously — searching for loads that match your profile. They do not wait for loads to come to them.

We Negotiate — Hard

When a load is found, your dispatcher calls the broker and negotiates. We do not take the first offer. Using live market data, we push for the best rate available on that lane, that day.

You Review & Approve

We call or text you with load details: origin, destination, rate, pickup time. You say yes or no. Nothing is booked without your explicit approval — ever.

We Handle All Paperwork

Rate confirmations, broker setup packets, BOL coordination, check calls — your dispatcher handles every document and every communication so your hands stay on the wheel.

You Deliver & Get Paid

Once the load delivers, we follow up on your invoice and flag any payment issues. Then we are already searching for your next load so you are never sitting idle.
