AFTER YOU SUBMIT

What Happens Next

Here is exactly what to expect after you hit submit — no mystery, no waiting around.

01
You Onboard in Under 5 Minutes

Tell us your equipment type, home state, target lanes, and rate expectations. We build your load profile and match you with a dispatcher who knows your market.

02
Your Dispatcher Goes to Work

They monitor DAT, Truckstop.com, and direct broker contacts simultaneously — searching for loads that match your profile. They do not wait for loads to come to them.

03
We Negotiate — Hard

When a load is found, your dispatcher calls the broker and negotiates. We do not take the first offer. Using live market data, we push for the best rate available on that lane, that day.

04
You Review & Approve

We call or text you with load details: origin, destination, rate, pickup time. You say yes or no. Nothing is booked without your explicit approval — ever.

05
We Handle All Paperwork
Rate confirmations, broker setup packets, BOL coordination, check calls — your dispatcher handles every document and every communication so your hands stay on the wheel.
06
You Deliver & Get Paid
Once the load delivers, we follow up on your invoice and flag any payment issues. Then we are already searching for your next load so you are never sitting idle.
THE OWNER OPERATOR PROBLEM

Running Solo Is Eating Your Time

You bought your truck to drive — not to spend 3 hours a day hunting loads, calling brokers, and sorting through paperwork.

Wasted Hours on Load Boards

Scrolling DAT for hours only to find rates that barely cover fuel. Every hour searching is an hour you are not earning.

Brokers Offering Low Rates

Brokers know solo operators are often desperate for loads. They low-ball knowing most will not push back hard enough.

Endless Paperwork & Setup

Every new broker needs a carrier packet, W-9, insurance cert, and MC verification. It is a second job you never signed up for.

No One Fighting for Your Rate

When you call a broker alone, you are negotiating from a weak position. There is no leverage and no one in your corner.

Dead Miles Killing Profits

Without a dispatcher watching the whole board, you end up accepting loads that put you in bad position for the next run.

Slow or Missing Payments

Chasing invoices and following up with brokers after delivery is exhausting — and you should not have to do it yourself.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast

A: Yes — we specialize in new MC authority carriers. You don't need load history or years of experience. As long as you have active authority and valid insurance, we can get you dispatched within 48 hours.

A: Absolutely not. We have a strict no-forced-dispatch policy. Every load is presented to you before anything is booked. You decide what you haul, where you go, and when you run. It's your truck and your authority.

A: We dispatch flatbed, dry van, reefer, hotshot, and box trucks across all 48 contiguous states. Each equipment type has dedicated dispatchers who specialize in that freight market.

A: No long-term contracts. We work on a per-load or weekly arrangement. If OIG Dispatch isn't delivering value, you're free to walk away. We believe our results keep carriers around — not contracts.

A: Active USDOT/MC number, valid commercial trucking insurance (with OIG listed as certificate holder), a signed carrier packet, and a completed W-9. Our team walks you through everything.
